Well, after 20 days of floundering on cycle 3, I am starting back on cycle 1 of the 17 Day Diet...

Monday: grilled chicken and veggies

Tuesday: grilled chicken and veggies

Wednesday: grilled chicken and veggies

Thursday: turkey tenderloin and veggies

Friday: grilled chicken salad

Saturday: grilled chicken salad

Sunday: turkey tenderloin and veggies

Veggies to Use this Week: salad, broccoli, carrots, green peppers, onions, green beans, asparagus
