Valentine’s week! It’s gonna be a bit hectic in our house—hence the uncertainty of the menu 
Monday: eating out with the in-laws
Tuesday: maybe fondue night?
Wednesday: taco salad with black beans
Thursday: spaghetti and meatballs, salad
Friday: something simple or leftovers
Saturday: grilled chicken and Normandy veggies with pesto
Sunday: baked tilapia, Normandy veggies with pesto, baked sweet potato
